Intensive workday on Fridays At Capitole Consulting, we are looking for an IT Support Technician with 2\-3 years of experience to join our team and provide user and client support, ensuring the smooth operation of people and systems. **Responsibilities:** Resolving requests, primarily via ticketing tools. Providing user and client support, including on-site and remote assistance for hardware and/or software issues. Administrative tasks, including device configuration, account management, permissions, systems, applications, etc. Preventive maintenance through periodic equipment and system reviews. Documentation, recording procedures, solutions, manuals, inventory, etc. **Requirements:** Vocational Training Certificate (FPGS) with 2\-3 years of experience in technical support roles. Knowledge of operating systems: Windows 10/11, Apple, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, etc. Knowledge of networking and virtualization. Ability to diagnose and resolve incidents. Communication skills and user-oriented attitude. Teamwork capability combined with autonomy.
