**Description:** ---------------- Micofer by Empatif is selecting Teleoperators (M/F) for the TECHNICAL SUPPORT department of a major company located in the city of A Coruña. Responsibilities: * Answer calls, identify and resolve incidents (telecommunications). * Maintain a record of interactions with customers\-company. * Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
