Reporting directly to the Manager, your mission will be to assess patient needs, always offering personalized attention, improving the patient experience, and creating an atmosphere of trust and security. Your main responsibilities include: * Handling first visits, preparing budgets, and following up on them * Calling back patients who did not accept budgets * Scheduling appointments for patients to begin treatment * Making follow-up calls to databases (if applicable) * Sending SMS messages for campaigns and events, as well as reminders ensuring correct email receipt for patient communication * Managing recall procedures * Coordinating local actions with businesses, banks, schools, etc. * Liaising with our internal network to communicate active events and campaigns.
