Located at Maspalomas and Tabaiaba Princess, we are seeking someone passionate about people and talent development. **Your mission** Contribute to the growth and development of our teams by participating in recruitment and internal communication processes, helping project our culture and values both inside and outside the organization. **Main responsibilities** * Personnel selection * Posting and managing job offers across various channels. * Resume screening and competency-based interviews. * Coordination with hotel managers and departments to define profiles and needs. * Onboarding follow-up. * Participation in development projects. **Communication and Social Media** * Creation of content for corporate HR social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Support in campaigns reinforcing employer branding. * Participation in job fairs, open days, and educational presentations. * Public appearances representing the company at training or institutional events. Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent recruitment and development. Proficiency in digital tools and social media. Strong oral and written communication skills, and confidence speaking in public.
