In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with the team to develop detailed project work plans * Contributing to the implementation of functional and technical objectives, master plans, deliverables/milestones * End-to-end tracking of project deliverables/milestones and status communication * Managing risks impacting or potentially impacting project success: identification, documentation, communication, and escalation as needed * Managing interdependencies: ensuring all interdependencies are properly identified and all affected parties are informed * Identifying tasks, milestones, and responsible parties for each project * Resolving potential conflicts while ensuring adherence to scheduled milestones * Coordinating various stakeholders involved in projects — at corporate level, factories, and subsidiaries * Contributing to status and progress reports for project leadership and the Area **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 7 years of experience managing technology projects (Mandatory) * Proficiency in Java, Angular, and SQL (Mandatory) * Prior experience in Santander’s technology environment (Desirable) **Education** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields * Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in technology-related areas **Languages** * English proficiency at B2 level or higher (Desirable) **Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** * Experience managing technology projects * Solution-oriented mindset, focused on product development and outcomes * Knowledge of programming languages Angular and backend Java (Darwin) * Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Spring, and Spring Boot * Knowledge of DevOps tools including Jira, Jenkins, Git, and GitHub * Experience working with platform monitoring, planning and process automation platforms, microservices, and Agile/Lean methodologies * Technical-functional knowledge of Savings and Investment products and processes * Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Familiarity with Agile ways of working; strong communication skills and orientation toward results and collaborative work with Business and Operations teams **Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)** * Understanding of Agile practices and strong management capability * Strategic vision and excellent organizational ability * Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills; effective leadership * Structured and efficient work approach; ability to self-manage in highly uncertain and volatile environments; flexibility * Familiarity with Agile methodologies: SCRUM, KANBAN, etc. * Results-oriented; execution of initiatives aligned with OKR achievement * Proactivity, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude * Influence-based leadership **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** Your contribution matters—and we recognize it.
