We are looking for a candidate to join our IT department as a Systems Engineer, where you will collaborate in defining technological needs and objectives, aligning IT infrastructure integration with business strategy and evolution. Your vision will be essential in designing innovative digital solutions tailored to various technologies, platforms, and services. Key Responsibilities: * Play a leading role in advising on and supervising the implementation and operation of technological solutions, ensuring performance, security, and integration, as well as resolving complex incidents and high-value technical challenges (Level 3). * Participate in managing integration projects for new developments and applications, coordinating teams, vendors, timelines, and costs, and guaranteeing quality outcomes. Measure the real-world impact of implemented solutions, driving continuous improvement based on data and user feedback. * Verify compatibility, performance, and security of integrated systems. * Identify, analyze, and resolve complex system and integration incidents (Level 3 support). * Monitor solution performance using metrics and indicators, proposing improvements when necessary. * Manage technical integration projects for new applications or developments, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources. * Document integrations, configurations, and technical procedures. All this within a framework aligned with cybersecurity, sustainability, ethics, diversity, and compliance policies, contributing to responsible and sustainable digital transformation. **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in integration, support, and operation of digital systems within complex environments. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with ability to interact effectively in international technical contexts. * Solid and demonstrable knowledge in: * Administration of Windows and Linux environments (installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting) * LAN/WAN networking, IP addressing, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud connectivity * Automation and scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools to automate recurring tasks * Digital infrastructures and systems (communications, operating systems, databases) * SaaS / IaaS / Cloud solutions (Azure preferred) * Cybersecurity and technological risk management * Identity and access management (IAM) **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
