What will you do? Responsible for designing and developing advanced algorithms for electromagnetic spectrum analysis in complex and contested environments. Specialization in blind source separation and signal unmixing, robust RF signal detection and classification under low SNR and high spectral congestion, as well as identification and tracking of non-cooperative emitters. **End-to-end senior profile:** algorithmic architecture definition, validation in realistic scenarios, and technical leadership on critical defense projects—prioritizing robustness, interpretability, and real-time performance. Ability to work at a low level with deep learning models: architecture design and fine-tuning, numerical optimization, training debugging, stability and generalization analysis, efficient implementation, and reproducibility control. Experience with best practices in experimentation (versioning, rigorous validation, bias control, operational metrics) and deployment in high-performance environments (HPC, GPU, latency and throughput optimization).
