Autonomous work after training in advanced technology At a modern and automated industrial plant in San Adrián, this position involves supervising and controlling the entire manufacturing process within a year-round continuous production environment. Main responsibilities include monitoring automated operations such as soaking, germination, and roasting; managing auxiliary facilities (boilers, wastewater treatment units, and cold rooms); and performing sampling for quality control. The role also includes supervising barley reception and malt dispatch, recording all data in the computer system. Other duties encompass bagging and palletizing of raw materials, completing daily work reports, and performing industrial cleaning using manual and mechanical methods. This is a permanent position requiring strict compliance with occupational safety, food safety, and environmental standards. Candidates must adapt to an advanced technological environment and work autonomously after an initial training period. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is required, preferably in a technical field. Candidates must be over 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have their own vehicle. A minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles within an industrial setting—specifically in supervision and process control—is mandatory. Proficiency in operating computer equipment, including computers and tablets, is essential. Prior training in occupational safety and safety culture in industrial environments, as well as knowledge of food safety, quality, and environmental standards, will be considered advantageous. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Sunday is required.
