Our work consists of **matching the right caregivers with each family**, ensuring quality service and proper follow-up. What does the position involve? We are seeking a person to join our office team, responsible for **administrative management, customer service, and coordination of services and staff**. Main responsibilities * Receiving and managing caregivers’ resumes. * Conducting interviews and recording data (availability, experience, preferred type of work). * Resume screening and staff selection according to requested services. * Managing employment contracts and labor conditions using internal software and official SEPE templates. * Monthly payroll preparation (based on an existing template). * Monitoring active services and managing replacements due to absences. * Customer service: phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. * Daily management of budget requests and preparation of quotes. * Updating and maintaining the service schedule in Excel. * Commercial tasks: visits to day centers, hospitals, medical centers, and contact with social workers to promote our services. Requirements * Education in **Social Work** or **Business Administration**. * **Experience preparing payrolls**. * Prior experience in **customer service**. * Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp). * Availability to work a **split shift from Monday to Friday**. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities. * Positive attitude and **good teamwork**. Especially valued * Previous experience in home care or social services companies. * Commercial skills and experience engaging with social and healthcare institutions.
