A position combining process engineering with design and validation **Ingeteam**, a leading company in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire a Process Engineer for electrical test benches for its facilities in **Sesma**, **Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio, or Ortuella**. The selected candidate will join the Operations C\&C Department team to ensure the design, improvement, and optimization of manufacturing and assembly industrial processes, particularly concerning power electrical cabinet test benches. This role combines process engineering with the design and validation of electrical test benches, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in production. **Responsibilities:** * Design and technical specification of test benches. * Coordination with suppliers, engineering teams, and plant teams for development and commissioning. * Process standardization, test supervision, and performance indicator monitoring in collaboration with production and quality departments. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent technical degrees in automation, robotics, or industrial systems. * English: B2 level * Experience: Minimum one year of experience in industrial environments is desirable. * IT Skills: SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency; Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Competencies: Autonomy, strong interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders, negotiation abilities, and capacity to interpret and manage various situations and professional profiles—blending technical knowledge with interpersonal skills.
