What will you do in the role? * Onboarding process: Prepare all necessary documentation for employee hiring (employment contract, social security registration, taxes, benefits, pension plan, etc.), deliver onboarding training. * Manage extraordinary salary adjustments and promotions. Prepare all supporting documentation. * Benefits administration: Enroll employees with various benefits providers; communicate information to the payroll provider and sign the corresponding benefits agreement with the employee. * Termination processes: Prepare all vacation and time tracking data calculations to be paid in the final payroll. Coordinate with relevant departments. * Prepare all required HR documentation for processes. * Respond to employee inquiries. * Obtain records of working hours from time management platforms. Resolve any incidents related to time tracking. * Determine the type of leave the employee is entitled to according to policy and labor regulations.
