If you are an organized, proactive individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and process reservations made via phone calls, email, the hotel’s website, or third-party platforms. * Confirm room availability and assign rooms according to guest requirements. * Enter and update reservations in the hotel management system. * Address inquiries regarding rates, hotel services, promotions, or cancellation policies. * Ensure guests receive clear and comprehensive information prior to arrival. * Handle special requests, such as room preferences, additional services, or specific arrangements for events. * Notify the team about special arrivals, large groups, or important events. * Offer additional services such as special packages, room upgrades, or hotel activities. * Propose promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase hotel revenue. * Manage situations including cancellations, refunds, reservation modifications, or availability issues. * Database Management: Ensure the database is up-to-date and properly segmented. **We Offer:** * Immediate hiring * Permanent part-time contract * Full-time schedule of 40 hours (09:30–18:30, Monday to Friday) * A dynamic and professional working environment within a renowned hotel chain. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Compensation commensurate with contributions. **Requirements:** --------------- * Customer service or reservations department experience will be valued. * Proficiency in Hotel Management software. * Problem-solving ability. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English; French is a plus
