Skilled Multi-trade Workers (Comprehensive Renovations) Are you a construction professional with experience and a keen eye for detail? At **H**ome Renovation Energy, we specialize in transforming homes through high-quality comprehensive renovations. We are looking to welcome qualified professionals in **Masonry, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical work** (you may be a specialist in one trade or possess a versatile profile / first-class multi-trade worker across several disciplines). What will your responsibilities be? Depending on your primary specialty, you will handle: * **Masonry:** Demolitions, debris removal, erecting partitions (brick, plasterboard), wall plastering, installing door frames, and tiling/flooring in bathrooms and kitchens. * **Plumbing:** Installation and renovation of domestic water supply and drainage systems, fitting sanitary ware, faucets, shower trays, and heating systems. * **Electrical work:** Grooving, wiring, upgrading electrical distribution boards, installing switches and sockets, LED lighting, and electrical certification reports. * **Carpentry:** Installing interior doors, laminate/wooden flooring, skirting boards, kitchen furniture, and built-in wardrobes. * **Coordination:** Collaborating as part of a team, following site plans and the site manager’s instructions to meet project deadlines. What are we looking for? * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles within the comprehensive renovation sector. * **Versatility:** Professionals with multi-trade capabilities who can perform various tasks on-site will be highly valued. * **Skills:** Responsible, clean in their work area, punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality finishes.
