What will be your main responsibilities? * Creating measurement tables to ensure consistency between design, pattern, and final garment. * Conducting garment reviews and fittings, ensuring accurate interpretation of technical specifications throughout all development stages. * Preparing quality reports and communicating findings to buyers, including observations and improvement suggestions. ➡️ What are we looking for? * Degree in fashion and textile design, pattern making and sewing, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of pattern making and garment construction. * Technical English proficiency, as well as skills in Excel and Illustrator. * Strong motivation to learn from your teammates. * Experience with Gerber software will be considered a plus :) What do we offer? Full-time permanent contract. Working model: hybrid * Flexible working hours year-round, with arrival times between 08:00 and 10:00. Continuous workday every Friday of the year, and also during July and August. ️ 22 working days of vacation per year. A day off on your birthday (if it falls on a weekend or public holiday, you may move it to the nearest working day before or after). In-company English classes.
