Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge for surveillance, access management, equipment supervision, mail reception, and emergency leadership. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a person to perform concierge duties. Basic education such as General Basic Education or ESO will be positively considered, as well as basic user-level computer skills. Prior experience in similar positions is also appreciated and may be accredited with certifications. The main responsibilities will include building surveillance and access management, supervising the proper functioning of condominium equipment. Additionally, the role entails mail reception and leading evacuations and emergency assistance in case of emergencies or incidents. A part-time schedule of 25.5 hours per week is offered, with flexible hours from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00, Monday through Sunday. Shifts will be rotating, respecting legally mandated rest periods, and the contract type will be a temporary replacement contract (IT).
