DESCRIPTION At GRUPO DIGITAL, we are seeking a candidate to join one of our clients. ### **PROCESS ANALYST // SCRUM MASTER** Drives agile teams in high-impact environments and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in facilitating value delivery and optimizing processes in complex contexts. ### **Your Responsibilities** * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective). * Support teams in adopting agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). * Identify and remove impediments affecting productivity. * Promote continuous improvement and an agile culture. * Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables. * Analyze and optimize operational processes. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * **Degree in Engineering or technical field.** * \+**4 years of experience** as a **Scrum Master** or in similar roles. * Proven experience facilitating agile teams. * Facilitation, conflict management, and communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * **English level C1 (mandatory).** ### **Desirable** * **Certifications: CSM, PMI\-ACP, CSP\-SM.** * Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma (Yellow Belt). * Experience in complex or regulated environments. **What We Offer** ----------------- * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience * **Permanent contract** or option for self-employed contract * 22 working days of **annual leave** * **Flexible compensation plan**: Private health insurance, childcare vouchers, transport vouchers * **Training** in Technology and Soft Skills * Referral program: €500 for each recommended candidate who joins us About us ... **Grupo Digital** We are an IT consultancy with a team of over 150 technology professionals.
