Position Summary: We are seeking a Day Center Director in Avilés, responsible for overall management and organization, cost control, coordination of a multidisciplinary team, and family support. Support for users' families We are looking for a Day Center Director for a facility located in Avilés (Asturias). The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the center, including cost control and preparation of the annual budget. They must also coordinate and supervise the multidisciplinary team, plan and monitor therapeutic activities, and provide support to users' families. Among the requirements, prior experience in managerial or coordinating roles in day centers, residential facilities, or socio-healthcare services is valued. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology is required, along with a Master’s degree or professional healthcare certification authorizing practice. Additional training in gerontology, dependency law, center management, or socio-healthcare administration is also required. The employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract with full-time work from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon shifts (37 hours per week). Salary and other terms follow the Collective Agreement for Home Help Services and Day Centers of the Principality of Asturias.
