We are currently seeking an **Environmental Project Manager** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise environmental projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and predefined objectives. * Coordinate greenhouse gas emission inventories, applying recognized methodologies and appropriate tools to measure and quantify the organization’s carbon emissions. Oversee and maintain up-to-date carbon footprint calculation audits, ensuring compliance with certification and official registration requirements. * Calculate and analyze water and energy consumption, proposing actions for optimization and reduction. * Manage the acquisition and maintenance of environmental certifications. * Ensure compliance with regulations governing domestic, commercial, and industrial waste. Coordinate documentation related to industrial waste and guarantee its proper management with suppliers and regulatory authorities. * Sustainable Program Development: design and implementation of emission reduction programs, energy efficiency initiatives, waste management systems, and sustainable procurement criteria. * Support sustainability-related initiatives, including Science-Based Targets (SBTi), carbon neutrality programs, and carbon offset projects. * Collaborate across departments to collect necessary data and ensure accuracy of environmental reports. * Participate in developing environmental training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders. Promote sustainable practices and foster a culture of environmental responsibility within the organization. * Environmental Data Reporting and Analysis: prepare detailed reports on the organization’s environmental performance, including comparative analyses and improvement recommendations. **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field. * Master’s degree specializing in sustainable development and/or environmental engineering, or equivalent. * +5 years of professional experience, including +2 years performing the responsibilities described above in a similar role. * Proven experience managing environmental impact assessment inventories (e.g., carbon footprint, water footprint, life cycle assessment) and waste declarations (RAP, DARI, etc.). * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. * English language proficiency. **What do we offer?** * Join a company transforming the world of furniture and home décor! * Be part of an ambitious project offering significant opportunities for professional development and growth. * Enjoy a unique workplace, featuring new, open-plan, and sustainable offices. * Attractive compensation package including a flexible benefits plan (health insurance, meal card, transport card, and childcare allowance). * Gym with 24/7 access
