




We are looking for an administrative assistant specialized in the labor field to provide support in an advisory role. The main responsibilities include managing various procedures with official bodies such as INSS, TGSS, and SEPE, among others. Experience handling documentation with public administrations is essential. Tasks include worker registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security, processing Temporary Disability reports, drafting employment contracts and payrolls, and managing all necessary labor-related documentation. Specific training in labor administration, labor relations, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the labor and Social Security field. Proficiency in online management tools used with public administrations, such as Red, Siltra, and Sistema, is essential. The contract is temporary and part-time, with potential for continued employment. Salary will be according to the applicable collective agreement.
