Responsibilities:* Management of technological projects in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN). * Coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery of ICT solutions. * Control and monitoring of KPIs, schedules, and budgets. * Direct communication with the client for managing expectations and changes. Key Responsibilities:* Lead project planning, execution, and closure in ICT. * Apply agile methodologies for efficient service and project management. * Identify and mitigate risks, proactively managing change. * Analyze technical requirements and define applicable architectures for ICT solutions. Requirements:* University degree in Computer Engineering or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as Project Leader or Service Manager. * Proven experience in agile methodologies (SCRUM and/or KANBAN). The position is based in **Madrid, Gijón, Seville, or Barcelona** under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others from the office, where you can create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
