




Job Summary: Supporting the organization and operation of the facility, personnel coordination, monitoring of care plans, and administrative management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality supervision and regulatory compliance Supporting management in facility organization and operations, personnel coordination, and monitoring of care plans. Also includes administrative management, family support, and assistance in quality supervision, prevention, and regulatory compliance. A university bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, psychology, nursing, social education, or related fields is required, along with additional training in geriatrics, gerontology, dependency care, or residential center management. Prior experience in residential facilities or sociosanitary services will be valued. An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, with a part-time schedule of 12 hours per week during morning hours, two or three days per week to be agreed upon with the employer, with potential for expansion to full-time. Salary is based on the State Framework Collective Agreement for Services for Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
