You will become a member of a team of professionals working on the development of real projects with specific objectives in the technical area. Your responsibilities will be: * Manage and/or carry out the design, implementation, and commissioning phases of capital investment projects in the Factory, within the scope of General Services (steam, compressed air, refrigeration and air conditioning, water purification and treatment, etc) * Ensure that investment project objectives, design specifications, as well as the implementation and compliance with Nestlé standards are met. **A day in the life of...** Preparation of project designs, controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing, and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc. Ensure progress and performance against the project plan; taking actions to resolve operational issues and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the necessary resources to complete the project. This may include preparing engineering standards, work designs and specifications; developing schedules, budgets, and project forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project personnel, and external contractors. Responsible for controlling and carrying out modifications and improvements within the different General Services areas performed by third parties. **What will make you successful** * Degree in Engineering specialties such as Industrial, Mechanical, Organization, Electrical, or similar. * Advanced level of English (minimum B2). * Previous experience in project management or participation. * Experience and knowledge in food industries will be valued. * A Master’s degree in related technical competencies will be valued. * Proficiency in Excel, Office applications, and design tools. * Geographic mobility. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have experience working in an industrial maintenance environment, preferably with food products and strong customer service orientation, as well as initiative and passion for continuous improvement.
