JOB DESCRIPTION Prosegur is seeking an IT Systems Operator for night shift (11:00 PM to 11:00 AM). The position is based in Madrid, but offers 100% remote work, with office attendance required only for occasional training sessions. **What will be your mission?** Your primary mission will be to ensure the delivery of technological services by monitoring and supervising IT infrastructure, resolving incidents, performing maintenance tasks, and guaranteeing operational continuity of the platform in accordance with established procedures. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Monitor infrastructure status according to defined procedures and tools. * Apply action procedures developed by higher-level teams. * Resolve infrastructure incidents within your assigned scope. * Keep operational documentation and platform inventory up to date. * Review daily monitoring alerts to proactively resolve potential issues. * Escalate critical incidents following established procedures. * Execute scheduled maintenance on infrastructure. * Record all information in the relevant ticketing and project management tools. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a committed, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork, organizational, and documentation skills.
