At Izertis, we are seeking a Global Finance Controller to join our Administration and Finance department. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or ADE. 4 years of experience in similar roles (external auditor, internal auditor, controller, or similar). A master's degree, postgraduate studies, or specialized training in finance and accounting will be valued. Advanced level of English. Advanced knowledge of analytical and financial accounting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. Experience in external and internal auditing will be an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial statement analysis Preparation of financial statements under IFRS Reconciliation of financial statements under IFRS Supervise budget preparation and deviation control Constant monitoring of business KPIs Preparation of strategic reports Management of external audits Collaboration and supervision of teams Identify and implement process improvement systems in reporting Management of international teams' accounting Global reporting processes Liaison with personnel from international subsidiaries What can we offer you?
