Job Summary: We are seeking a Window Installer interested in learning and developing window assembly skills in a workshop environment. Key Highlights: 1. At ySondos, we are looking for a **Window Installer** to join a metal industry company in Gijón. **What We Offer:** * Employment through a temporary employment agency (ETT) with real potential for permanent placement at the company * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM**. During peak production periods, you will work rotating shifts of **morning and afternoon (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM\)** * Workshop-based work, without on-site assignments * Salary according to the **metal industry collective agreement**, for the specialist category * Mentorship from day one by a first-class technician **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Assemble windows in the workshop alongside a first-class technician, learning the full process * Prepare required materials, profiles, and tools * Perform assembly, adjustment, and installation of hardware and components * Inspect final finishes and overall quality of parts **What We Expect From You:** * Prior experience with windows * Interest in learning and developing within a production environment * Positive attitude, commitment, and teamwork skills * Availability to work rotating shifts when required **Our company promotes equal opportunities, values diversity within our team, and fosters an accessible workplace.
