Duties include cleaning, peeling, cutting, scaling, and mixing ingredients; preparing dishes and menus; and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position is required. This position offers an indefinite-term contract and full-time hours. Working days are Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:30 to 24:00, with legally mandated breaks. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Industry of the Principality of Asturias.
