Description
The Dairy Production Worker will play a key role in the daily operations of the production line. Their main responsibilities will focus on food handling, packaging of finished products, and feeding machines to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow. Maintaining hygiene will be a top priority, including regular cleaning of the work area and equipment, ensuring compliance with the highest food safety standards. The job will be carried out in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are essential. The selected candidate will directly contribute to the final product quality by participating in a process that spans from raw materials to packaged products ready for distribution. Adaptability to varying production paces and teamwork will be essential for success in this role. The position requires a meticulous and proactive individual capable of following established procedures and reporting any incidents that may affect production or quality. Salary is set according to the company's own collective agreement. Working hours are organized into three rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00. These shifts run Monday through Sunday, with rest periods as stipulated by current labor legislation. Conditions include rotation among the different shifts to meet operational production needs.
Immediate availability for commencement is required, as well as availability to work on irregular days, which is mandatory. Availability to work rotating shifts and possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace are necessary. Completion of a food handling course is required. A minimum of one year’s experience as a production operator is required, preferably within the food industry. A Higher Vocational Training Diploma (Grado Superior) in Food Industries will be considered a significant advantage.
