Activities to be carried out:
• Participate in training for global treasury integration and centralization projects
• Training in performing daily documentation, daily global cash management, regional forecasts, global forecasts, or intercompany activities, including:\- Participation in tasks related to the simplification and standardization of the banking system, including setup and documentation\- Training in processing settlements/confirmations related to intercompany loans, interbank transfers\- Training in the daily preparation of cash flow forecasts and positioning of global and regional currency pooling funds\- Collaboration in established standard operating procedures and training in recommending updates or changes when necessary\- Collaboration in process improvement and standardization\- Learning global desktop operating procedures
Duration of the grant:
6 months.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. From 08:00/10:00 to 17:00/19:00 with a 1-hour lunch break
Monthly allowance:
1\.000,00 euros gross.

**Main responsibilities:**
* Control of building access (entry and exit of people).
* Opening and closing of facilities.
* Public assistance and visitor guidance.
* Receiving and distributing mail and packages.
* Monitoring the general condition of the facilities (cleanliness, lighting, security).
