




**Description:** ---------------- At **Service Innovation Group España**, a leading company in commercial outsourcing and specialized service management, we are looking for a Telephone Customer Service Agent with strong communication skills and customer orientation to join a temporary project on a campaign basis. **What do we offer?** The opportunity to work in a professional environment, with initial training provided by the company and the possibility to grow within the customer support area. Compensation will vary depending on the assigned campaign and shift. This will be clearly and thoroughly explained during the selection process. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Call management: handle inquiries and resolve issues for personnel in the field * Follow-up and data entry: input information into the system, keep records updated, and ensure accurate reporting * Focus on internal customers: ensure a positive experience on every call by following established protocols and scripts. **Working conditions** * Location: office-based * Working hours: 8 to 17 or 10 to 19 * Salary: 70€ per day * Campaign start date from the 5th to the 12th.
