Continuous improvement of products and services ### **Location** Madrid, hybrid ### **Number of vacancies (positions):** 1 **Responsibilities:** -------------- At Grupo Hasten, we are recruiting a QA Data Analyst for an international project, in hybrid mode in Madrid (3 days remote work and two offices located in Pozuelo). Responsibilities: Definition, monitoring, and analysis of technical and business KPIs to evaluate product and service performance. Daily analysis of key technical KPIs, detecting deviations and pain points in real time. Identification of root causes through advanced analyses (e.g., heatmaps) and proposal of actions to reduce incidents. Monitoring of the product and service portfolio, ensuring proper functionality and promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Participation in beta/pilot projects for new products and services, as well as in the continuous improvement of existing solutions. Development of ad hoc and strategic analyses, delving into critical pain points. Preparation of monitoring reports, presentations of key findings, and execution of associated action plans. **Requirements:** --------------- – Minimum 5 years of prior experience in similar roles. – Experience working with large datasets and data analysis and visualization tools (Python, Power BI). – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. – Strong verbal and written communication skills. – Detail-oriented, organized profile with strong time management and multitasking abilities. – Ability to work under tight deadlines. – Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and results-oriented mindset. – Fluent English level (C1) **What we offer:** -------------- Why choose us?
