This program is designed to develop future construction leaders by providing hands-on experience and training in site supervision and team management. Job Responsibilities** * Support the Site Foreman in planning, organizing, and supervising daily activities on the construction site. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Collaborate in personnel management, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. * Actively participate in implementing occupational health and safety measures, identifying and mitigating risks. * Interpret drawings and technical specifications to ensure correct execution of works. * Record and report construction progress, as well as any incidents or deviations. * Learn and apply the company’s internal policies and procedures. * Develop leadership and decision-making skills under the guidance of experienced staff. Job Qualifications** * Higher Vocational Training (FP) degree in Construction, Building, or a related field. * Prior experience (including internships) in construction projects is desirable. * Genuine interest in pursuing a career in construction project supervision. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity, commitment, and eagerness to learn. * Basic proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). * Willingness to work at various project locations as required. **Seize the challenge.
