Communication with users, family members, and public entities. **Home Care Service Coordinator** **Job Description:** We are looking for an organized, empathetic individual with leadership capabilities to coordinate the Home Care Service in Valencia. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring services delivered by the team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care for users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of the SAD caregiver team. * Development of staff schedules and service planning. * Monitoring incidents and resolving conflicts. * Communication with users, family members, and public entities. * Service quality control and continuous improvement. * Basic administrative management related to the service. **Requirements:** * University degree in Social Work. * Official English B1 certification. * Prior experience in coordinating home care services (desirable). * Proficiency in office software tools. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong communication skills. * Personal vehicle (reimbursement per km traveled, if required). **Offered:** * Permanent full-time contract (38.30 hours/week). * Stable working hours (mornings and one afternoon per week). * Opportunity to join a team committed to people’s well-being. * Salary according to collective agreement.
