Job Summary: We are seeking a plumber to locate and repair faults, carry out full installations, and perform maintenance in residential homes and neighborhood communities, reporting any incidents. Position requiring organization and availability We are looking for a plumber to work in Llanera (Asturias). Daily tasks include identifying and repairing common faults in residential homes and neighborhood communities, performing full installations, and carrying out necessary maintenance work. It is also essential to accurately report any incidents arising during the working day. For this position, a minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles is mandatory, along with a valid Class B driving license, as travel to the workplace is required. We seek an organized individual who is available to start immediately. Formal training in Occupational Risk Prevention will be considered a positive advantage. This is a permanent, full-time contract with working hours distributed across morning and afternoon shifts. Salary conditions will comply with the company’s collective agreement.
