




Nascor Formació is seeking a candidate holding at least a high school diploma; preference will be given to candidates who have completed more than 50% of one of the following programs or degrees: primary education teaching, pedagogy, psychology, social education, social integration, or equivalent. Monitoring responsibilities: Collaborate in identifying students’ needs within the group and personalizing activities. Manage the group and foster its cohesion. Encourage higher academic expectations among students. Support students to reinforce the skills and attitudes necessary to achieve competencies. Facilitate integration among group members through collaborative strategies and mutual assistance in completing school tasks and managing conflicts. Facilitate students’ access to resources available in their immediate environment (public library, children’s library, cultural facilities, leisure associations, etc.). Coordinate with teaching staff and the center’s designated contact person to: Plan workshop objectives and activities and monitor them both individually and collectively. Contribute elements for student assessment. Systematically evaluate the organization and operation of the workshop. Manage the workshop: attendance absences, individualized support, incidents, conflict management, etc. Locations: Les Pruneres School; Simeó Rabasa School. Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays: Simeó Rabasa School; Tuesdays and Thursdays: Les Pruneres School.
