Exposure to complex industrial processes and digitalization technologies. ### **Description** A leading multinational industrial company with strong international presence and focused on digital transformation of its industrial operations is seeking an MES / Industrial Digitalization Engineer. The position will participate in strategic MES solution implementation projects in production environments, collaborating closely with automation, operations, and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency, traceability, and in-plant process control. Reporting to the Industrial Digitalization Department, the selected candidate will participate in the development and implementation of digital solutions applied to industrial operations, combining on-site technical work with definition and evolution of advanced industrial systems. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in defining and adapting industrial operation models, including equipment, processes, and material flows. * Collaborate with plant teams in defining functional and technical project requirements. * Participate in the development, implementation, and evolution of MES systems across various industrial environments. * Support commissioning and validation of digital solutions on-site. * Support continuous improvement teams by analyzing production data to identify losses, trends, and optimization opportunities. * Work jointly with automation, production, maintenance, and engineering departments. * Participate in integration of solutions with industrial control systems (PLC / SCADA / DCS). * Provide support for maintenance and continuous improvement of implemented solutions. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2\-3 years of professional experience in industrial environments (food, pharma, automotive, chemical, etc.). * Experience or knowledge of MES systems and industrial digitalization projects. * Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems (PLC / SCADA / DCS). * High level of English for an international work environment. * Practical orientation, analytical capability, and understanding of real industrial processes. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Ignition or other MES/SCADA platforms. * Knowledge of SQL databases. * Familiarity with industrial standards (ISA\-95, ISA\-88, ISA\-101, etc.). * Experience in industrial data analysis and reporting. * Proficiency with CAD tools. * Involvement in industrial commissioning and automation projects. ### **What We Offer:** * Join a leading multinational company in its sector. * Participation in strategic industrial digital transformation projects. * International and intercultural working environment. * Professional development in high-impact technical and operational projects. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and advanced industrial technologies. * Opportunity to travel to various industrial plants. * Exposure to complex industrial processes and state-of-the-art digitalization technologies.
