An Industrial Maintenance Technician is required for the Llinars del Vallès area, whose main mission will be to ensure that plant facilities and machinery operate smoothly. This includes carrying out planned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, actively contributing to continuous improvement of production processes. Key responsibilities involve performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities to maximize equipment availability. It will also be necessary to diagnose and repair faults of any kind, working closely with maintenance and production supervisors. You will be expected to accurately identify and report required parts and spare components. Furthermore, all interventions must be recorded and documented in the maintenance management system. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is essential, while always maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Additionally, collaboration with the maintenance and engineering teams on projects aimed at improving and optimizing production equipment is required. The work model is based on a rotating 5-shift system, with 8- or 12-hour shifts alternating between morning, afternoon, and night, ensuring constant service coverage. * Education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electricity, or similar. (Extensive experience may compensate for lower qualifications). * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a production environment. **Knowledge:** * Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. * General knowledge of industrial machinery. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems (TPM, CMMS, etc.). * Quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRCGS). * Languages: Intermediate level English (B1). * Others: Forklift license, electric and manual pallet truck operation, elevated platform operation, and working at heights (desirable).
