For our Blanes service center, we are seeking to hire a Workshop Technician . This position is designed for individuals with manual dexterity, customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and commitment to high-quality work. Prior experience in the automotive glass sector is not required to succeed in this role: if you meet the job requirements and bring the right attitude, motivation, aptitude for hands-on work, and desire to grow, specific prior experience will not be an obstacle. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training at one of our training centers, where you will learn the procedures, tools, and knowledge necessary to perform the role safely, with quality and confidence. What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve? You will join the workshop team and participate in vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration, following Carglass®'s established technical, quality, and safety procedures. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Performing automotive glazing repairs and replacements. Using technical tools and equipment according to defined procedures. Ensuring service quality, safety, and workshop order. Providing close, clear, and professional customer service. Explaining the work performed and addressing basic questions related to the service. Identifying customers’ additional needs and recommending solutions honestly and naturally. Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure efficient center organization and an excellent customer experience. What do we value? Ability to work at pace, adapt to change, and maintain quality even during high-activity periods. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers. Teamwork, collaboration, and a positive attitude. Valid driver’s license. Prior experience in automotive, mechanical, body & paint, windshield installation, or similar roles will be viewed favorably but is not mandatory. What do we offer?
