




As **BPA** reporting to the CFO of Sandoz Industrial Products, you will carry out high-impact financial planning and analysis tasks at our Palafolls plant. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Act as a business partner, providing value-added analysis to support the management team in making optimal business decisions. * Manage plant investments, projects, and assets. * Be responsible for monthly closing activities and analysis of KPIs and variances. * Provide and collect accurate operational information for use in budgeting processes such as budget and forecasts. * Enhance reporting tools for the management team by automating processes and tools and establishing an organized, structured reporting system. * Provide ad\-hoc financial reports and analysis to the management team. * Ensure timely monitoring of business performance and implementation of mechanisms to mitigate financial risks. * Ensure compliance with the SFCF (Sandoz Financial Controls Framework) by implementing and adhering to internal controls in a documented manner. * Maintain an open mindset with passion for your work, understanding the financial interconnections of the business and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic environment. **What you bring to the role:** * **Essential requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field * Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is essential * Minimum English level C1\. This is a position involving direct interaction with global teams; therefore, only candidates with fluent English will be considered. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in controlling * Solid knowledge of accounting and cost management * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or industrial environment will be valued positively * Proactive and responsible attitude * Strong organizational and planning skills * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams * Analytical thinking, creativity in decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities * Interest in continuously improving technical knowledge **Why Sandoz?** Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
