Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller with a background in administration and accounting knowledge to perform control and management tasks in a hotel environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous training and professional development **Do you have a background in administration, accounting knowledge, and an interest in working in control and management within a hotel environment?** At **Senator Hotels & Resorts**, we are looking for a **Controller** for our establishment, the **Hotel Senator Port Maó**, located in **Menorca**. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * You will monitor and review the hotel’s **daily cash register**, as well as various points of sale (food & beverage, front desk, bars, etc.). * You will manage and account for delivery notes, invoices, and income flows. * You will conduct cash counts, inventory controls, and track proformas, advances, and internal funds. * You will collaborate on labor management: employment contracts, leave notifications, working hour records, permits, vacations, IRPF filings, among others. * You will coordinate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes. * You will address staff inquiries and support compliance with regulations such as occupational risk prevention training and food handling certification. **What do we expect from you?** * Academic background in **Administration and Finance, Accounting, or Labor Relations** (Higher Vocational Training qualification or equivalent). * Solid knowledge of accounting and labor management. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, and experience with tools such as **A3 Nóminas, A3Doc, Endalia, AS400, WinHotel, and Contrat@** is highly desirable. * Problem-solving ability, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail. * Prior experience in hotel or tourism environments is advantageous. * Intermediate/advanced level of English. **What do we offer you?** * An **indefinite-term contract** and **full-time working hours.** * **Continuous training** and opportunities for professional development. * **Exclusive benefits**: discounts at our establishments, health insurance, banking partnership agreements… and many more!
