We are seeking a person to support the General Services Department of the Pla de l'Estany County Council in order to ensure the proper condition of the County Council's facilities, provide a safe and functional working environment for both staff and citizens using the services, and contribute to the proper execution of activities inherent to county administration. \- Basic maintenance of facilities and premises. \- Support in minor repairs and conservation tasks. \- Adaptation of spaces and furniture. \- Detection and reporting of maintenance incidents. \- Collaboration in internal logistical tasks. * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) \- Knowledge of Catalan \- Knowledge of maintenance \- Pallet handling \- Knowledge of painting \- Driver's license and personal vehicle highly valued * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time work schedule
