Position Summary: We are seeking a Development Project Manager with experience in ICT solutions, information security, service and project management, and development methodologies, familiar with PKI and high-security environments. Work in high-security environments MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Information Security Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years in project management and information services management, as well as knowledge of regulations and standards for systems engineering and software engineering. Minimum of 15 years in ICT solutions. Minimum of 5 years as a Development Project Manager. Minimum of 5 years in development methodologies (METRICAS v3, SCRUM, etc.) and risk analysis and management. Minimum of 2 years in PKI solution management. Minimum of 2 years in developing electronic document issuance solutions. At least 3–5 years of experience working on projects related to PKI, network security, or public key infrastructure administration. Experience working in high-security environments, such as financial institutions, governments, or large technology corporations. Familiarity with system administration tools in Linux and Windows Server environments. English language proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written) (certification not required). Possession or ability to obtain NATO HPS SECRET or equivalent security accreditation. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) CompTIA Security+ Specific certifications in cryptography and PKI (e.g., from OpenSSL or similar). DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Languages: English REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: University degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Information Security Engineering, or related fields.
