Shift Supervisor **Job Location:** Macanet **Publication Start Date:** 29/7/26 Mission Organize, manage, and optimize all personnel and technical resources assigned to your shift to ensure compliance with the established production plan and operational continuity, achieving the required timeliness and quality while maintaining optimal productivity levels and minimizing incidents. JOB DESCRIPTION * Coordinate and supervise activities across various warehouse operations. \- Monitor overall warehouse operations; allocate section resources to maximize daily production efficiency at all times. * Adhere to existing good manufacturing practices and work procedures. Enforce internal company policies among your team and all individuals operating within your area of influence. * Monitor departmental KPIs, identify deviations, and implement timely corrective actions. * Resolve internal incidents, report arising issues, and propose improvements to prevent future errors. * Coordinate with the planning department to distribute the daily workload across different zones. * Monitor production to ensure targets are met within the timeframes specified by the daily production plan. * Manage inventory levels and control inbound and outbound material flow. * Handle requests from various departments (Customer Service, Logistics, HR, Quality, etc.). * Coordinate activities with the counterpart supervisor of other shifts. * Actively participate in emergency drills and crisis situations. * Ensure machines and tools remain in good working condition. Supervise that facilities are consistently maintained in perfect order and cleanliness. * Ensure smooth operational functioning of facilities and equipment. * Lead and coordinate teams, performing leadership duties with your direct reports. * Communicate all relevant job-related and company-wide information to your team. * Promote the company’s mission and support implementation of its core values across all employees. * Report all relevant team-related information to HR to enable appropriate case-specific administrative actions. * Ensure compliance with applicable Quality, Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environmental procedures and instructions within your department. * Safeguard the safety and health of all warehouse staff by verifying adherence to safety protocols. * Comply with—and ensure your team complies with—all necessary preventive measures for their own safety and for that of others potentially affected by their professional activities. * Use machinery, devices, tools, substances, and any other work-related means appropriately; correctly use provided personal protective equipment (PPE). * Ensure proper segregation of warehouse-generated waste and promote waste minimization.
