Technical Architect / Site Manager – Single-Family Home with Timber Structure Sant Esteve de Palautordera (Barcelona) \| Hybrid mode (primarily on-site) A construction company headquartered in Sant Esteve de Palautordera (Barcelona) seeks to hire a Technical Architect / Site Manager to strengthen its technical team. We are looking for a candidate with experience in construction project management and monitoring, who is organized, solution-oriented, and capable of coordinating teams and ensuring proper execution of works. Most of the time will be spent on-site, conducting direct monitoring and supervision of projects. Main responsibilities * Monitoring and supervision of construction execution. * Periodic visits to various construction sites. * Coordination of industrial trades, craftspeople, and subcontractors. * Supervision and management of on-site personnel. * Quality control and compliance with project specifications. * Monitoring of scheduling, execution, and deadlines. * Review and control of materials required for each construction phase. * Receipt and verification of supplied materials. * Resolution of incidents and support to management. * Quantity surveying and preparation of construction certifications. * Cost, production, and variance control. * Preparation of comparative analyses and procurement support. * Preparation of technical reports and economic follow-up. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction site monitoring and management. * Proficiency in Presto (quantity surveying and cost control). * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Revit/BIM is desirable. * Organized, solution-oriented profile with leadership capacity. * Strong interpersonal skills with teams, clients, and suppliers. * Valid driving license class B (mandatory). * Residence in the province of Barcelona or surrounding areas.
