What do we offer? - Company-funded training to support your internal development and provide all necessary information for successful integration into the role. - A positive work environment, because it’s important that you feel at home. - 10% discount on purchases from the Fes Mes Bricolatge brand. - Loyalty bonus. - Monthly sales incentives. - Annual bonus based on established objectives. - Collaborate with the Store Manager in designing and implementing the center’s commercial strategy and policies. - Lead, supervise, motivate, train, and coordinate the team and commercial activities, setting priorities in collaboration with the Store Manager. - Prepare the store’s work schedules and vacation rosters. - Advise customers in making decisions regarding products and/or projects to resolve their questions and/or issues, accompany them throughout the purchasing process to satisfy their needs. - Act as mediator in resolving in-store incidents. - Maintain order, cleanliness, corporate image, and commercial presentation, ensuring proper product display and preparation of promotional campaigns, including header installations. - Monitor store stock levels and manage inventory efficiently, ensuring correct restocking, organization, and pricing (PVP) of products across all departments. - Restock shelves with newly arrived orders or surplus inventory. - Track orders placed via the system. - Supervise the proper functioning of cash registers (customer service and payment processing). - Ensure compliance with basic safety regulations. - Perform wood cutting tasks. - Open and close the store. Competencies / Knowledge: - Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). - Residence in Olot or nearby areas (maximum 25 km). - Experience as supervisor or manager in DIY, woodworking, and/or gardening. - Inventory management knowledge. - Availability to work mornings, afternoons, or split shifts. - Advanced Catalan and Spanish language proficiency. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1900' * Additional relevant information: - Salary: Based on assessment (12 monthly payments). Plus separate loyalty bonus of €893.54 - Working hours: Full-time - Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM and 4:30 PM–9:00 PM - Contract type: Permanent - Start date: Immediate
