Job Summary: We are seeking support staff for the molding area to perform weighing tasks, dimensional control, machine assistance, and maintenance of workplace order. Key Points: 1. Temporary contract with possibility of permanent incorporation into the company We are looking for a person to provide support in the molding area in Palafrugell. Main responsibilities include assisting with weighing and dimensional control of caps, as well as supporting decapping machines and weighing equipment. The role also involves silo feeding, providing operational support to area machinery, assisting with internal dosage checks, and maintaining workplace order and cleanliness. A forklift operator license is mandatory. Work will be carried out on rotating shifts: morning (6:00–14:00), afternoon (14:00–22:00), and night (22:00–6:00), following a schedule of six consecutive working days followed by two days off. The annual shift calendar is provided from the start of the contract. Industrial experience is valued but not required. Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) and basic industrial computer skills are required. A personal vehicle is necessary to reach the workplace. There is an opportunity to progress to the position of Weighing Operator. The contract is temporary, with potential for permanent incorporation into the company.
