




The position involves a thorough review of manufacturing processes to detect potential printing errors. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on any incidents identified. Additionally, the selected individual will be responsible for recording key quality parameter data on platforms designated by clients. They must also verify strict compliance with established in-factory control plans, performing laboratory mechanical tests on films both before and after the printing process. An important part of their duties will involve customer service, responding to telephone and email inquiries related to complaints or non-conformities. This is a full-time position totaling 40 hours per week. Working hours are rotational, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, including legally mandated rest periods. * Previous experience performing tasks equal or similar to those described. * We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace will be considered an advantage. * Basic knowledge of formulation, Outlook, and web usage is required. Fluent written and spoken Spanish. GS in laboratory and quality control analysis or equivalent.
