The position is located at the Tarragona Industrial Complex, specifically within Derivative Chemistry, in the Static Reliability Department. Your primary mission will be to supervise inspections of static equipment, ensuring compliance with established safety, quality, and reliability standards. Responsibilities and Duties: * Participate in the development and execution of inspection plans, coordinated with preventive maintenance plans for static equipment, anticipating the scope and requirements of maintenance interventions, collaborating in planning and scheduling, defining intervention levels, and ensuring required quality objectives are met. * Manage assigned resources—both internal and contracted—within your area of responsibility, optimizing cost and activity outcomes. Conduct, evaluate, and report all types of tests and analyses regarding the condition and operational status of static equipment. * Perform maintenance and updates of equipment and line histories in the database. * Monitor and supervise pressure tests, visual inspections of equipment, and re-setting of safety valves (Prepop), for in-service equipment, upon receipt of new equipment, and throughout its lifecycle. * Collaborate with the Area Inspector in using reliability improvement tools and asset health monitoring tools. Required Qualifications: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (Specializations: industrial, mechanical, metallurgical). * 5 years of experience in static equipment inspection. Additional Desirable Qualifications: * Professional experience in static equipment inspection using non-destructive testing techniques, familiarity with design codes, standards, and regulations, as well as experience working in SAP environments. * Proficiency with IT tools and databases. * Valid driver's license.
