




**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking experienced kitchen staff. Position available at a restaurant located in l'Ampolla. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare dishes according to their technical specifications and the predefined menu, maintaining the quality and hygiene standards required by the company, in accordance with the principles and indicators established by the Food Service Supervision Department. * Carry out the preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes following the instructions outlined in the technical specifications and as stipulated in the company’s established procedures. * Assist in ordering and storing raw materials and products used in the kitchen. * Know and apply the hygiene and sanitation regulations established by law and by the company. * Maintain constant cleanliness of the workplace and kitchen utensils. **Requirements:** --------------- * Basic education: Intermediate vocational training degree in Hospitality and/or Catering, or equivalent. * Minimum two years’ experience in an identical or similar position.
