




You will carry out the autonomous nursing role, essential to ensure high-quality and personalized care: * Perform **nursing assessment** of health status and plan individualized care. * Apply **nursing intervention protocols** without requiring direct medical prescription. * Early detection of **risks and complications** and establish preventive measures. * Conduct **health education** for residents, families, and professionals. * Coordinate the work of the **geriatric auxiliary team**. * Make **autonomous decisions** within your scope of competence. * Contribute to **maintaining or recovering residents' health**, promote their autonomy, and ensure their maximum physical, psychological, and social well-being. * Collaborate with the **medical team** in assessment, monitoring, and health status control. * Control and manage the center's **medical supplies** and medication kit. * Update **clinical records** and nursing documentation. * Participate in **interdisciplinary meetings** and coordinate with other professionals. * Provide healthcare support and guidance to residents, auxiliary staff, and families. * Coordinate **outpatient follow-up** for medical visits or hospitalizations. **What do we expect from you?** * Official degree in **Nursing** and current professional registration. * Commitment, empathy, and desire to become part of a **well-established team**. * Understanding and application of the **Person-Centered Care Model**. * Previous experience in geriatrics will be valued, although it is not essential. **What do we offer?** * **Immediate incorporation**. * **Permanent contract**. * **Part-time schedule** of 18 hours/week. Possibility of extension. * **Schedule:** Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3 PM to 9 PM with flexible hours. On-call phone duty every 4th Saturday on rotation. Rotating public holidays with the rest of the team. * Salary **above the national collective agreement** for elderly care residences.
