We do not seek only experience: we seek attitude, leadership ability, and eagerness to learn. **What will be your mission?** You will be a key figure within your shift, helping organize the team and ensuring daily work proceeds efficiently. *Your main responsibilities will be:* * Organize and coordinate the team during your shift. * Support, motivate, and assist team members. * Monitor daily tasks and objectives. * Identify incidents and seek solutions. * Propose improvements to service organization and operations. * Maintain constant communication with the team and supervisors. * Conduct follow-up meetings and activity reporting. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience managing or coordinating teams. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * A solution-oriented, responsible, and proactive individual. * Ability to make decisions and manage day-to-day situations. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment contract. * €22,000 gross annual salary paid in 12 installments.
